Each person has their own Xiaoji and chat. She can use only content you can access.

Ask a question

  1. Select Xiaoji in the sidebar.
  2. Enter your question.

Which tasks remain incomplete in this week’s report?

  1. Send the message.
  2. Check the answer against its source.

Xiaoji answers questions directly. She can create a file when you need a detailed result.

Give her a task

  1. Name the space for the work.
  2. Name the source files.
  3. Describe the result you need.

Make a risk list from this week’s report in the project space. Save the list in the project space.

  1. Send the message.
  2. Open the returned result.
  3. Request any changes in the original chat.

Respond to Xiaoji

Xiaoji sends one short message when she needs you to sign in, supply information, or make a decision.

  1. Read the specific request in the message.
  2. Complete the requested action.

Note: Xiaoji cannot increase your space access. Ask a space manager for the access you need.
