Ask Xiaoji to build an app and try its draft before publication.

Xiaoji can build an app draft for your work.

Request an app draft

  1. Open a chat in the app’s space.
  2. Describe the problem the app must solve.
  3. Name the space files the app can use.

Make a report finder app. List this space’s weekly reports by file name.

  1. Send the message.
  2. Select the app card Xiaoji sends in the chat.

Try the draft

  1. Try the draft with sample material.
  2. Check the page content.
  3. Check the action results.
  4. Describe any required changes in the original chat.
  5. Try the revised draft again.

Note: Draft uploads are simulated and do not save real files. Check real upload results after publication.

Ask a manager to publish

  1. Ask a space manager to review the draft.
  2. Ask the manager to select Publish in the draft.
  3. Open the published app in the space’s Apps view.
  4. Check the result with a sample that contains no sensitive information.
