Spaces and files

Save and use files in the correct space.

A space brings together the members, chats, files, and apps for a task.

Choose a view

Read work messages and results. Expand a routine row to see its run chats.

Find and open files in the space.

→Customize

Open a file

  1. Open the space that holds the file.
  2. Select Files.
  3. Select the file you need.

The file opens in the reader. You can continue to view the chat.

Add a file

  1. Open the target space.
  2. Check the space’s members.
  3. Open the menu beside the space title.
  4. Select Upload files.
  5. Select your local file.
  6. Check the uploaded file in Files.

Note: Your personal space is private. Files in a shared space are available to its members. See Permissions and sharing.
