Website privacy

How information is used when you browse Feiji’s website, request a demo or leave a message.

Updated October 15, 2026

Scope

This notice covers the Feiji website and its demo and contact forms. The Feiji website team handles related inquiries. Processing, hosting and service arrangements for the product are governed by the service terms agreed with your organization. Customer practices described in case studies do not replace those arrangements.

Information you submit

The form collects the name, email, phone and country code, company, intended use, message and page language you provide. Include only what is needed to contact you and understand your request. Do not submit passwords, identity document numbers, sensitive personal information or customer material you are not authorized to share.

The intake service also records submission time, IP address and browser identifier to identify requests, handle inquiries, investigate problems and limit repeated or abnormal submissions. Browsing does not require a form submission.

Purposes and recipients

We use your contact details to reply, understand your requirements and arrange a demonstration. Submission records support operation of the contact service. A successful submission does not confirm an appointment; the team will contact you to arrange it.

If internal message notifications are enabled in the running environment, your contact details, company, intended use and message are sent to the configured notification channel for the team handling inquiries. Its provider processes the information involved. The website currently has no advertising or traffic analytics tracking code and no function that sells inquiry information to third parties.

Storage and corrections

Inquiry records are stored by the website intake service for follow-up, checking contact records and handling related requests. They are not displayed publicly. Contact the team as described below to manage information you have submitted.

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may verify the request through your original contact details to avoid disclosing information to another person. Any legally required retention limits will be explained in the response.

Browser features and external links

The home-page introduction uses a temporary flag to remember whether it has played during the current browsing session. See the Cookies and local storage notice. The website guide matches public content within the current page; it does not send the input to an external model or add the conversation to inquiry records.

External websites process information under their own policies. Data flows involving product models or office-tool connectors need to be confirmed for the specific deployment.

Contact and updates

Use Book a demo or leave a message, include a reachable email or phone number, and write “Privacy request” with the action you need. We will use that contact method to confirm the request. Do not include full identity documents or passwords.

Updates to this notice will carry a revised date. If the website’s data uses or functions change, the relevant entry points will provide additional information.
