What's new
What colleagues can use after each release, newest first.
2026-10-13 The new workbench: spaces, Xiaoji, the inbox and internal apps
- The sidebar reads 小几, 搜索, 收件箱, then your spaces; each space has four icon views: sessions, workflows, files and customization. See Spaces and files.
- Every page has a message box; writing in a space starts a session there, and + holds files, skills, goals, plans, the browser and voice meetings. See Sessions.
- Files, folders, workflows and apps can be pinned as thumbnails of their real content at the top of a space.
- The inbox sorts what needs you into six kinds and keeps what you have read; a failed workflow run reads as a failure with retry and skip, not as an approval. See Inbox and approvals.
- Apps and workflows share one list in a space; Xiaoji builds an app after you approve its plan. See Apps and Xiaoji.
- Deleted files go to the trash, and Xiaoji asks before deleting.
- The first time you open a new version, a short tour shows what changed; 更新日志 in the account menu replays it.
2026-10-10 Search, one workspace, a welcome from Xiaoji
- Press ⌘K for one search over spaces, files, conversations, workflows, people and actions; five round buttons narrow it to one kind. See Common workflows.
- A new session starts from the message box of the place you are in, and the box names that place.
- The workspace is one screen: the list on the left, the reader on the right with tabs, and 排布 to change the layout. See Spaces and files.
- The first sign-in asks three short questions and hands the answers to Xiaoji, who starts your first conversation; Settings can play it again.
- Skills are shown in the language of your interface, and a missing translation can be requested from Xiaoji. See Spaces and files.
- Xiaoji can look through your inbox for approvals, mentions, failed scheduled runs and shared files. See Xiaoji.
- 使用指南 (user guide) in the account menu opens the documentation home, where the guides are grouped as Get started, Concepts, Guides and Reference.
2026-09-30 Sidebar archive and search, your own files
- 已归档 (archived) in the sidebar lists the sessions you archived; open them as they were, or restore them.
- Search finds space names, and the conversations of every space you can enter.
- A session opened with no space saves its files in “your name’s files” by default, which only you can open; see Spaces and files.
- Every page uses the same page header, search box, filter menu and empty state.
2026-09-28 Workbench v2
- The left workbench has five items: Files, Shared files, Scheduled tasks, Workflows, Customization; skills and memory moved into Customization.
- The Files page has two-pane management with multi-select, drag and bulk move.
- Shared files gathers the web documents and tables you can see on one page.
- Workflows have their own page, can be run and approved, and can be opened to other spaces; see Workflows and scheduled tasks and Inbox and approvals.
