# Settings

Use the Settings window to check personal preferences, usage, and organization information.

Settings, Organization, Archived, Changelog, and User guide open in the same Settings window.

## Open Settings

1. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the section you need.

## Choose a section

Set your avatar color and notification preferences. →General

View the usage information you have permission to see. →Usage

Use View as to check the spaces you can access. A person’s directory entry does not grant space access. →Organization

Find archived content you have permission to see. →Archived

Read the product’s release notes. An update notice appears above the sidebar account row when a new version is available. →Changelog

Find instructions for your tasks. →User guide
